Fixing 404 errors
A 404 error means the page your customer is trying to visit doesn't exist. Here are common causes and fixes:
Common causes
- Deleted page or product — The content was removed but links still point to it
- Changed URL slug — The URL was updated but old links weren't redirected
- Typo in URL — The customer typed an incorrect address
How to fix
- Check Online Store > Navigation for broken links
- Set up URL redirects in Settings > Redirects for any changed URLs
- Make sure your products and pages are set to Published status
