You may not use Commercit to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or regulated products without proper authorization
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive business practices
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any individual or group
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts

3. Content Standards

All store content must be accurate, not misleading, and comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where you sell.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We reserve the right to take action at our discretion.
