4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. By using our services, you grant Commercit a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be suspended and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Commercit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
